Davies and Co was founded in 1994 by Barry Davies. We are based in Kettering, Northamptonshire and offer a range of services including estate agency, property letting and rental, estate and farm management. We service clients in Northampton, Kettering, Peterborough, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire as well as the entire East Midlands.

Our unrivalled expertise in all aspects of rural diversification means that we have clients throughout England and the UK. We are specialists in rural diversification. We are able to advise farm and land owners on all aspects of assessment, planning and the legalities to help you generate income from your assets. Many farmers have successfully diversified into other income generating areas with our help. Their reason for diversifying from farming may be due to staffing problems or falling revenues, but all have realised that the increasing popularity of leisure and tourism has brought opportunities for diversification of rural land.
